Chart of Procedures is used to show the Parent-Child relationship which may or may not exist between the different Procedures. If a Procedure has a Child Procedure, then they are grouped under the Parent Procedure else they are represented individually.

From where you can directly edit or delete the procedure if he don't have any child.
