+### Why did you choose to implement an ERP system?
+
+To leverage our vast experiential knowledge across the organization in order to quicken deliveries and become more quality focused.

+### Share some insights from your implementation process. How did you manage the change process?
+
+It has taken us a few attempts before we got it right. We have implemented iteratively, with each cycle each department was gradually on board the new system.
+
+One of our key challenges is to make more than 1 million items and their BOMs accessible to our Sales and Production Teams; ERPNext has been able to adapt to such requirements. With significant investment made towards implementing ERPNext, Foundation’s commitment to open source will be key in securing our company’s future.

+
+Stock, Manufacturing, Selling, CRM, Buying, Accounts, in that order.

+
+It is open-source, flexible enough, and has a beautiful-easy to use UI.
